Humanitarian Visa

(single, double & multiple entry, validity not more than 365 days)

Any person wishing to enter Russia for for the purposes of cultural exchange, religion, charity and other humanitarian issues is required a Humanitarian Visa.

To obtain a humanitarian visa, please, submit the following documents:

• passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from Russia with blank pages (with photocopies of its first page and pages with visas to Russia);
• duly filled in and signed visa application form;
• one photo 3x4;
• Invitation (original only) issued by the local branch of the General Administration for Migration Issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The visa fee should be paid at Nabil Bank Limited by the payment order issued in the Consular Section.
