Notarized issuance of powers of attorney by the Consular Section is made in case these documents are intended for activities in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Consul shall issue a power of attorney on behalf of one or several persons in the name of one or several persons. The Consul shall verify the identity of the trustee (the person issuing the power of attorney) on the basis of the submitted documents (for citizens of the Russian Federation - foreign passports). The consular fee for drawing up and notarizing the power of attorney depends on the type of the power of attorney
To make a power of attorney, to certify you signature on a document or to certify a copy of a document you need to visit the Consular Section in person, present your passport and necessary documents.
