Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Rt. Hon. Mr. Vyacheslav Lebedev visited Nepal

On 22-25 July 2019, a delegation headed by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Rt. Hon. Mr. Vyacheslav Lebedev was on an official visit to Nepal. During their stay in Kathmandu, the delegates held meetings with Prime Minister of Nepal Rt. Hon. Mr. K P Sharma Oli, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal Rt. Hon. Mr. Cholendra SJB Rana and Attorney General of Nepal Hon. Mr. Agni Prasad Kharel. The sides exchanged experience of implementation of judicial bodies reforms, shared their plans for optimization of legal procedures and development of state institutions. The representatives of Russia and Nepal noted the necessity of further intensification of high-level contacts between the two countries.
